Our Story
It’s an exciting time for computing: quantum technologies, TPUs, GPUs, and AI driven simulation are quickly becoming essential across industries and are changing how complex problems are solved. At HiDi, our philosophy is to orchestrate across platforms, match each step to the right compute, and deliver better performance, accuracy, and outcomes.
Why Now?
Computing has changed from a single choice to a whole ecosystem. Teams now mix CPUs, GPUs, cloud resources, and increasingly quantum and AI driven methods. The opportunity is huge, but the day to day reality is often messy: tools do not talk to each other, workflows become brittle, and it is hard to know what should run where. HiDi was built to close that gap by making multi-platform heterogeneous computation practical, repeatable, and easier to adopt.

What HiDi Stands For
- Pragmatic results: We focus on what works in practice and delivers real value for our clients and partners.
- Hardware aware design: We match each step to the computing approach that best fits the job.
- Reproducible and reliable performance: We benchmark carefully, validate results, and report clear metrics.
- Modular and extensible workflows: Start small, iterate quickly, and scale over time.
- Client outcomes first: We build around your goals, constraints, and timelines.
Who Are We
HiDi was founded by Drs. Faulstich and Raisuddin to make advanced multi platform computing easy to use and accessible. Different computing platforms excel in different regimes, and we saw a clear need for a simple way to bring them together. HiDi is built to help teams tap into that full range of compute while streamlining today’s complex, multi software workflows. We met at RPI, where our work on assessing what quantum computing can do in practice sparked the idea for HiDi. We saw how often ambitious projects depend on more than one kind of compute, and how hard it can be to connect those pieces into a workflow you can trust. HiDi grew from that need: a single, foundational platform that helps turn complex research ideas into reliable, accelerated workflows powered by multi-platform computational solutions.
